In development · Foundation and certification in preparation

The foundation

Build the foundation properly first.

A Dutch foundation, Stichting Anti-Beunhaas, is the intended organisation. Incorporation, board appointments and financial arrangements have not been completed.

Public purpose

To encourage reliable, safe and fair trade services through education, support in disputes and independent quality assessment. Any assessment income must serve that purpose.

What incorporation requires

The preparation pack includes a proposed purpose, board profiles, conflict rules and decision structure. A civil-law notary must prepare the deed and statutes. Required registrations, a bank account and accounting arrangements follow.

Who we are looking for

An independent chair, a person with financial governance experience and someone familiar with consumer interests or dispute handling. Technical assessors and appeal decision-makers will have separate appointments and powers.

Budget before making promises

No tariffs have been adopted and no subsidies awarded. The board must obtain quotations for incorporation, insurance, specialists, privacy review and technology. A pilot starts only when resources and funding are available.

Publish progress honestly

Incorporation and governance come first, then a closed pilot. Certification may follow only after evaluation. Expansion abroad requires local expertise and rules; an English website does not confer recognition in another country.

Tax status and accreditation

No Dutch ANBI charitable status or accreditation has been granted. Each needs separate assessment. We make no promise of tax deductibility or future approval.
