What brings you here?

Choose a situation for a suggested starting point. This is general information, not a case assessment.

Find out what happened.

A complaint is a reason to investigate. It does not establish fault on its own. An assessment must examine the work and the relevant records.

Collect the records

Compare the agreed scope, work carried out and correspondence.

Hear both sides

The client and contractor must have an opportunity to provide their account and evidence.

Explain the conclusion

Findings must refer to the criteria, evidence and limits of the assessment.

Assessment before approval.

The quality mark is under development. Independent governance, assessment rules, and complaints and review procedures must be in place before certification starts.

An initiative by Expert Exact.

Nitien Hemai, owner of Expert Exact, started Anti-Beunhaas to improve support for clients and make the quality of trades businesses easier to assess.

Being the founder does not amount to certification. Expert Exact and affiliated businesses are excluded from the first certification pilot.

What is available now?

Can I submit a formal complaint?

Not yet. The information and checklist are available, but the initiative does not currently accept formal cases or personal evidence files.

Is Anti-Beunhaas already a foundation?

No. A Dutch foundation (stichting) is the intended legal form. The foundation has not yet been established, and its governance and operations are not yet in place.

Is Expert Exact certified by Anti-Beunhaas?

No. Expert Exact is the founder. It and affiliated businesses are excluded from the first certification pilot.

Will you publish a blacklist?

There is no public blacklist. The proposed approach requires careful assessment, protection of personal information and a right of reply.
