The principle
Fair work starts before the job begins.
Clients should understand what they are buying. Trades businesses should be able to show what they delivered. When something goes wrong, both deserve a fair assessment.
What sits behind the name
An unclear quotation, missing test records or a dispute over extra work can have serious consequences. But a complaint alone does not establish deception. Anti-Beunhaas examines agreements, workmanship and conduct. The name is deliberately pointed; the assessment must remain fair.
Start with prevention
Record the agreed outcome, who will do the work and how completion will be checked. Agree how changes will be approved before they happen. Keep records of work that went well, too.
When there is a dispute, establish the facts
We are developing a process in which clients and businesses can each explain their position. An independent specialist assesses technical questions within their own expertise. Anything that cannot be established stays marked as unknown.
A quality mark you can check
The proposed quality mark will have published criteria and verifiable validity. Paying for assessment will not buy approval. A logo without a valid register entry provides no assurance.
The limits of our role
Anti-Beunhaas will not act as a court, debt collector or public blacklist. We do not promise compensation or replace mandatory trade certification. AI may help organise records; people make substantive decisions.
